Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the rapidfiling.in website and the enquiry process on it. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept them.
What the service is
Rapidfiling is a filing-support service. We prepare and submit applications, registrations, and filings described on the service pages, coordinate with the relevant authorities' processes, and keep you updated. Filing support only. We are not a law firm and this page is not legal advice.
Enquiries and engagements
Submitting an enquiry is not an engagement. Work begins only after we issue a written scope and quote and you approve both. The engagement is governed by that scope; anything outside it requires a fresh scope and approval.
No outcome guarantees
Registrations, approvals, and certificates are granted by government authorities and their timelines and decisions rest with them. Rapidfiling does not guarantee approval, registration, or any fixed completion date, and nothing on this website is such a promise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information and genuine documents, to respond to our queries in reasonable time, and not to ask for filings that would misrepresent facts to an authority. We may decline or stop work where information provided turns out to be false or an application would be improper.
Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per engagement, with government fees and professional fees shown separately and GST treatment confirmed in the quote. Payment terms and any refund or cancellation treatment are set out in the quote and the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Intellectual property and content
The website's content, design, and brand assets belong to Rapidfiling. You may quote pages and link to them; reproducing site content wholesale for commercial purposes requires permission.
Liability
To the extent applicable law allows, Rapidfiling's liability for any claim connected to the services is limited to the professional fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for authority decisions, delays, or losses arising from inaccurate information or documents provided by you.
Changes and governing law
These terms may be updated as the service evolves; the version published here applies to your use. They are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at the location of our registered office have jurisdiction. The registered office details are published on the Contact page once confirmed.
