Privacy Policy
This policy explains what personal information Rapidfiling collects through this website, why we collect it, who processes it, and the choices you have. It is written for the enquiry workflow this site actually operates: an enquiry form, our records, and follow-up contact.
What we collect
When you submit an enquiry we collect the details the form asks for: your name, email address, mobile number, the service you ask about, your description of the requirement, and optional details such as your organisation and location. We also record your stated preferred contact method and your permissions (WhatsApp follow-up and marketing updates) exactly as you set them.
Why we collect it
The enquiry data is used to process and respond to your enquiry, to quote for the service you asked about, and, only with the permissions you gave, to follow up. We do not sell your data. We do not use enquiry content for advertising.
Where it is processed
Enquiries are submitted through a Google Form and stored in a Google Sheets workbook operated by us; acknowledgement and internal notification emails are sent through Google's email infrastructure, and this website is served by a static hosting provider and CDN. These processors receive the enquiry data solely to operate the services above. Their terms and data-processing documentation are maintained by us and reviewed periodically.
What we do not do
We do not ask the enquiry form for Aadhaar numbers, PAN, passwords, payment details, or document uploads. We do not send your enquiry content to analytics tools, and we do not place tracking that would capture it. If analytics are ever enabled, this policy and the Cookie Policy will be updated first, and non-essential scripts will load only according to that policy.
Retention
Enquiry records are retained while the enquiry is active and for a defined period afterwards for record-keeping and legal compliance; the retention period and deletion procedure are documented in our internal policy. You can ask us to delete your enquiry record, subject to any legal obligation to retain it.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and you can withdraw follow-up permissions at any time by telling us on any contact channel. Indian data-protection law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and its rules, recognises these rights for data principals; where other regional laws apply to you, we will consider those requests too. Requests are handled by our grievance contact, published on the Contact page.
Security
Access to enquiry records is restricted to authorised team members, protected by multi-factor authentication on the underlying accounts. No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim absolute protection; we do commit to handling incidents according to our internal response procedure and applicable law.
Contact
Data-protection questions and requests go through the channels on our Contact page. The legal line that governs our service applies throughout: Filing support only. We are not a law firm and this page is not legal advice.
