How pricing works
Rapidfiling works on quotes, not fixed prices, because government fees, state rules, and case complexity change what a filing actually costs. Here is how a quote is built and what it will tell you.
What a quote contains
- The scope in writing: what the engagement covers and what it does not
- Government fees, shown as their own line, at the rates the authority charges
- Professional fees for the preparation, filing, and follow-up work
- GST treatment, confirmed in the quote rather than assumed
- The documents we will need from you, and the sequence of steps with honest timing caveats
Why fees vary between cases
- Government fees differ by applicant category: individuals, startups, and small enterprises often pay reduced rates
- State-level registrations carry state fee schedules and stamp duties
- The number of classes, marks, premises, or applications in scope
- Whether objections, queries, or inspections follow the filing
Fixed prices, deliberately absent
We do not publish "starting at" prices because they mislead more often than they inform. A quote that separates government fees from professional fees and states the scope in writing is the honest alternative, and it costs one enquiry.
Request a quote
Enquire through the form and describe your requirement. The quote arrives with the fee breakdown and scope in writing; work starts only after you approve both.
